American MPs visited Taiwan
A US National Assembly delegation came to Taiwan today on a two -day visit and will meet the leader of Thai English Island.
According to the US Institute in Taiwan (AIT), the delegation consists of 5 legislators, led by the Democratic Senator Ed Markey.
AIT describes this visit as part of the business trip to the Indo -Pacific region of the US Congressman.

Especially at the time when China was increasing tensions in the Taiwan Strait and the region with military exercises, the MP MARKEY led the delegation to visit Taiwan once again showing the solid support of
Thai Anh Van's office said the group will meet the island leader on August 15.
The visit of the MPs took place after the US House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi reached the island, causing China to respond harshly.
